Working Minds: Maintaining Mental Health in the Workplace (Jan. 26)

Mental illness is more than a statistic, it is a pervasive issue in our population and all of us feel its impact in our homes, schools and places of work.

Join us as David Grauwiler, Executive Director, Alberta Division of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), shares a particularly relevant case study and some “how to” strategies to help comms professionals maintain their mental health in our always busy (often stressful!) working environments.

Like most of us, David has personally felt the impact of mental illness and addiction. David is a proud Albertan and believes that mental health is like a level table. When mental illness tips the table, organizations like CMHA are there to help get things level again.

David is a catalyst for connection between the CMHA, provincial government, non-government organizations and agencies. As Executive Director of the Alberta Division of CMHA, he represents Alberta’s regions at both the provincial and national level.
