This session will address the changing nature of the governance/comms interface. Board agendas are expanding to more rigorously encompass a wider range of risks, stakeholder accountabilities, and intangibles such as corporate reputation. What do communication and public affairs professionals need to understand about the evolution of corporate governance, particularly from a reputation and issues management perspective? And how can they maximize the effectiveness of their own interactions with their boards?
