This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and mentorship in a role where your contributions will have a meaningful impact on communities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Support communities through complex or sensitive topics by helping navigate ambiguity and providing strategic guidance
- Work alongside graphic designers to develop communications and public engagement materials (e.g., fact sheets, newsletters, presentations, signage, etc.)
- Track the effectiveness of communications and engagement activities by defining success metrics, analyzing audience engagement, and identifying emerging trends
- Grow our service offerings by building strong relationships through a people-centered approach—enhancing our reputation in the market and fostering meaningful collaboration across teams
- Support and mentor colleagues, creating opportunities for others to develop their skills and capacity in communications

You will thrive in this role if:
- You have proven expertise in strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, with some knowledge or experience in issues management (e.g., media relations, navigating social discourse, and responding to mis/disinformation).
- You are an excellent communicator who can convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences and produce high-quality content across a range of topics under varying deadlines.

- You are a proactive learner who continually seeks to improve your skills and knowledge by incorporating feedback and staying open to new ideas and approaches.
- You possess a service-oriented and consulting mindset with a strong focus on collaboration and pursuing win-win solutions rather than transactional exchanges.
